This Privacy Policy applies to the SuperSnS app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Indian Developers (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
- The pages of the Application that you visit
- The time and date of your visit
- The time spent on those pages
- The total time spent using the Application
- The operating system used on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important notices, service updates, security information, and promotional communications.
For a better user experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

- With trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider and who are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available through your mobile device or app marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter.
If you would like your User Provided Data to be deleted, please contact us at support@arogyavision.co.in, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the information will be deleted immediately from our servers.

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains.
